Platelet-rich plasma is a technique that stimulates growth and recovery in cellular activity to promote proliferation, through injecting concentrated amounts of growth factors. Growth factors are extracellular signaling proteins that bind to cells to activate a cascade of cellular mechanisms that encourage proliferation and survival.
\nBecause plasma is a reservoir of growth factors, most of which are essential in hair growth such as the VE growth factors, the effects of the treatment are dramatic on hair growth of various underlying causes.<\/div>\n

PRP Treatment procedure
\nPlatelet-rich plasma is obtained from the patient\u2019s blood to eliminate an defensive attack from the immune system. To acquire the reservoir of growth factors, one tube\u2019s worth of blood is drawn from the patient the standard way.<\/p>\n
